The term ‘User’ or ‘Art Lover’ refers to all the potential, existing users including artists that are using or have used the Rooftop app at any given point in time. The term ‘Art Instructor’ or ‘Art Specialist’ refers to the teachers/mentors/affiliates in partnership with Rooftop that host virtual art workshops. The term ‘Art Pundits’ refer to those teachers/mentors/affiliates with whom Rooftop has produced Maestro Courses – a set of recorded content for learning traditional Indian art forms.
When you submit Personal Information or log in to the Rooftop app, either through our website, application, or by other avenues, it means that you have agreed to this Privacy Policy and that you expressly consent to the use of your Personal Information by Rooftop, by its parent company Slo Mo Experiences Private Limited, and its other verticals according to this Policy.
We collect certain data from you directly, like the information you enter yourself, data about your consumption of content, and data from third-party platforms you will be connecting with Rooftop (if applicable). We also collect some data automatically, like information about your device and what parts of our Services you interact with or spend time using.
